The cottage was amazing. It is a great central location for pictured rocks and Marquette. Cory knows his stuff too, he had great recommendations of places to visit and things to do. We would love to come back! It's perfect for the adventurous couple (but probably not many more than that, it's close quarters.)

We just spent 6 days at the cabin and had a fantabulous time. The cabin has everything you could possibly need and then some. Cory is very dialed in to the needs of his guests whether you require outdoor accoutrement or condiments in the kitchen! This cottage is centrally located between Munising and Marquette right along the AuTrain River. I paddled my kayak the 7.8 glorious meandering miles down the AuTrain River to where it empties right into Gitche Gumee more than once. AuTrain Beach is perfect for spending the day or just a short time taking in all that is Lake Superior. Area inland lakes nearby offer very remote and wild scenery for the paddler as well as great fishing opportunity for the angler. We had a great time and can't wait to return. Thanks again Cory!

Stayed in June this year, and it was awesome! Thanks Cory, we had a great time!!! As for the cottage, it was perfect. loved the new deck. You had everything for us and it made the stay most enjoyable. We couldnt think of anything else you could provide. Will definately be back next year, maybe even this fall for the color tour.

We came to the cottage for our honeymoon in January. It was very simple, had everything we needed. Nice and cozy. If there was more than 2 people, it would probably get crowded. A great getaway for 2 people. Also, we really enjoyed the shaved ice machine! Cory was great for advice (when we couldn't find it in the ton of information provided in the cabin about the area/things to do.) Was a great stay and can't wait to come back!

What a great place!! Anyone reading this, if you are looking to stay at a clean, comfortable and well accomodating place, you have found it. I was amazed at how everything I needed was available without even asking. I love to cook, and to save money, we brought our own food, I was shocked to see how many spices and cooking utensils were available. There is even tin foil to cook with. My husband and I would recommend this place to anyone!! The trail is right around the corner, and we were able to hike and see 8 waterfalls during our stay. All within a 20 mile drive. We loved our weekend at the cabin. Although we didn't have any luck ice fishing, we still had a good time. I couldn't get over how cozy and clean the place is. We will be back and will recommend to our friends. Keep up the good work Cory.

This cabin was great!! It was easy to find and in a great location. Cory was very helpful and told us about some activities to do in town. I loved the decorating, it felt so cozy. I definitely would recommend. This was truly a great up north experience.

we have stayed in 4 star hotels before that were not as clean as the pines.The place was stocked better than wal-mart.Cory was an excellent host, and we will be back there for a longer stay.Thank you Wild Bill

Cory, We had such a great time! The Cabin couldn't have been any more perfect!!! You had anything we could have ever needed! It was plenty big for two people and extra cozy feeling! There were so many thing to do around the area and i can't wait to come back and stay longer next time! Thanks for everything, I would recommend this cabin to anyone!

You've done a wonderful job with that cabin. I was really impressed by your attention to detail in setting up the cabin. It was nice having spices and condiments to cook and eat with, we made use of the candles in the evening, you even had tupperware, which came in handy. The canoe trip, worked out great. Please thank curly for taking care of transporting the canoe for us, his employee (I forget his name, but I remember that one time Curly referred to him as "shit-for-brains") was very nice, lol. And of course the bed was comfortable and the place was clean and even smelled nice. While it's nice to step away from the television for a while, we did enjoy watching a couple DVD's in the evenings. The whole vacation was perfect for us and your cabin really felt comfortable and homey. I can't think of a thing you could improve. Thank you, Jeremy

Cory, We did have a great time. I always am reviewing everywhere I stay to my husband. I say "if I had a hotel, motel, resort, campground etc. I would....." but in your cabin I didn't do that I pointed it out to my husband that there was nothing I would change. All the creature comforts and the personal attention to details you take made it the perfect place to stay for us. Thanks. You might consider posting this in you review spot, if you have one.
