32in LCD HDTV with 5.1 digital surround sound. Cable with HD channels and a DVD player. Gas stove keeps this place nice and toasty when needed. Game cabinet full of card,dice, and board games (chess, dominoes, yahtzee, uno, phase 10, racko, tripoley and more) and a professional dart board.

The fully furnished kitchen; everything you could possibly need. Tile countertops with solid wood cabinets, one piece sink with garbage disposal. Paper towels, cookware, flatware, dishes, spices, butter, oil, bakeware, microwave, toaster, coffee pot (COFFEE INCLUDED!), slow cooker, and last but not least an ice shaver for slushie drinks (margaritas) glasses included. A gas grill is also on site with all necessary tools.

Bedroom with Full size bed w/ 3 inch memory foam mattress topper, (linens are high quality and provided using a professional service) 5 drawer dresser and a rod for hanging clothes

Outdoor storage shed with lockable doors for your use. Contains camp chairs and lounge chairs for use along the river or camp fire. Life preservers and oars as well as shelving for your belongings during your stay.
