Fall/Winter/Spring Rates           October-May

Weekly                        $475
Daily (weekday)          $80
Daily  (weekend)          $90

Rates based on double occupancy.

Rates include a 3% Cash discount.

Weekly Rentals are 7 Nights (Saturday to Saturday, Sunday to Sunday or any combination of 7 nights.)

Deposits are necessary to confirm reservation.
50% of total rental or
$250 deposit for weekly rates

Cancellation / Deposit Refund Policy

Due to demand cancellation must be made 3 weeks in advance to obtain refund.

Deposit is non refundable within 3 week period unless week is re-rented -or- deposit can be used for another week.

Sorry, No refunds after check-in.
Rates are plus 6% Michigan State tax
