Standard Rate

Weekly Rate = $700 (Any combination of 7 nights)

Weekday Night = $115 (Monday-Thursday)

Weekend Night = $130 (Friday-Sunday)

(3 night minimum)

SUmmer Rate (June 24-Aug 31)

Week only = $900 (Saturday-Saturday)

FALL/WINTER/SPRING (OCT 10-MAY 18)

Weekly Rate = $600 (Any combination of 7 nights)

Weekday Night = $100 (Monday-Thursday)

Weekend Night = $120 (Friday-Sunday)

(2 night minimum)

Cleaning fee per stay is $40 

​Rates based on two person occupancy: $5 per person per day over two ($20 per person over 2 for the entire stay for weekly rentals)

Rates do not include State Sales Tax of 6%

Holidays are charged the weekend rate

Rates include a 3% cash discount. All credit card transactions will include a 3% fee 

Well-behaved pets are welcome: $30 per pet; per stay

​All Reservations will include a $250 Refundable Deposit. This will be refunded to you 24 hours after you depart. (refund may take up to 7 business days to post depending on your bank)

Cedar Cottage

One bedroom honeymoon cottage (sleeps up to 4)

Featuring an all wood interior and an old fashioned cottage feel. This cottage is perfect for couples looking for the perfect cozy getaway. I call it the "Honeymoon Cottage" because I have a half dozen newlyweds stay here each year for their honeymoon. Everything is laid out perfectly and is very accommodating with all the amenities. There is a queen size pillow top bed, and a futon in the living room.  Cottage has a 32" HDTV with Netflix and WiFi, gas fireplace and A/C. Hemlock cottage

one bedroom ​(sleeps up to 4)

Cottage has an old fashioned feel and is perfect for a relaxing getaway that's close to everything. Just added in 2014, this cottage is really cozy and is perfect for a couple or small family. There is a futon in the main room, a queen size pillow top bed and kitchen with all of the amenities including 32" HDTV with Netflix and WiFi, and A/C.
